# Buglady

> Buglady turns user feedback into clear, codebase-aware tickets your engineers can ship. Product managers review and approve instead of writing tickets; engineers get requirements they can build with confidence.

Buglady is operated by Disruptica LLC. You embed a chat widget in your product; your end users share what they want through it in their own words; Buglady triages those conversations into structured Requests that can be pushed to GitHub Issues or Jira. A background agent analyzes your connected codebase to enrich each Request with suspected files, relevant symbols, affected database schema, effort and time-to-deliver estimates, security implications, and a suggested fix. The product manager reviews and approves the drafted ticket rather than writing it from scratch — less back-and-forth — and engineers receive a clear, scoped requirement they can ship with confidence.
